All the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Especially JoJi who went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. The rooms are well sized and clean and comfortable with large beds. The breakfast was simple and delicious and came with fresh fruit. They also have little extras like cute beach bags and mats to take to the beach which is a 30 second walk away. If you want to go further they can get a cheap taxi to come and pick you up in seconds. Would highly recommend this hotel, it is incredible value for money

Very nice restaurants. Recommend especially Takiang Restaurant on 26/77 Moo 5 Bangniang, Khuk Khak, Takuapa - a very nice environment and superb food!

We loved our visit to Khao Lak.
We loved our visit to Khao Lak. Highlights were the Khao Lak Elephant Sanctuary (which was our favorite day out) and Bang Niang Night Markets.
We ate a lot at the Kalima Resort because it was delicious but also ate at Mojo and Spinach. We saw a fire show at Kokulu Beach Club and went on a day trip to Khao Sok National Park.

Khao Lak is a 1 1/2 hour drive from Phuket International Airport. It offers a variety of affordable and high standard accommodation, restaurants and small shops to find some nice things to take home. It's a very good base from which to take excursions eg to the Elephant Sanctuary, Turtle Sanctuary, Tsunami Memorial or a day trip to James Bond Island. The local people and tuk tuk (taxi) drivers are friendly and helpful. You can do a lot or a little. Loved my stay.

Almost a 90 minute drive from Phuket Airport (HKT), Khao Lak is a breath of fresh air compared to the sprawling Phuket province to the south.
Some rustic beachfront or seaview accommodation avaiable at non-resorts. Plenty of sunsets and fun to be had in the water

Multiple pool options is a plus, our son enjoyed the kids pool. Rooms are very similar to the pictures in the web site, they are spacious and the housekeeping is good. You will have multiple options inside the hotel for food and the open buffet provides variety of options. Should you need, there are many restaurants at a walking distance along the main road of the Khao Lak. Staff are responsive and helpful. The kids club is nice and clean. All in all, it is a good Hotel for a family trip.
The blue sky villa is a true oasis outside of bussy khao lak area. With views of beautiful nature and tranquil pool area it is everything you can wish for a holiday stay.
Fon was very helpful with every request and even managed to secure us spots on the beach with another firendly hotel.
The cleaning was on a very high level which is highly appreciated after bringing some sand from the beach to the room.
Overall amazing stay in a modern villa.
Casacool Hotel is located close to the centre of Khao Lak with everything in easy walking distance. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was adequate and comfortable and the breakfast was served outside in the shade. Very good with lots of homegrown fruit with a choice of egg dishes and pastries available.
Quiet location. Super friendly staff. Big room with large comfy bed and god sized terrace. The night market and main shopping/eating area is about 10 mins walk but that’s OK because you don’t get any noise at hotel. Very relaxing and would definitely stay again when in Khao Lak. Also does great breakfast!!
