im not sure how this hotel has thousands of reviews. this is a avg property. the big plus point of this hotel is its location at the karon circle. nothing can beat that.
some of the staff are always smiling. u will find them during the breakfast hours arranging the breakfast and marking attendance. that was nice to see. if u have a kid below 5 or 7 there is a kids play area room which is another great addition for kids. my kid enjoyed playing there for hours. swimming pool is nice but hope they clean and maintain it regularly.

Amazingly convenient location in Karon Beach, literally right next door to many shops and of course the beach itself. Comfortable, clean rooms - ours was a top floor beach/ocean view which was naturally stunning with good privacy despite being so close to other hotels. Great included breakfast in the in-house restaurant which was also good. Very helpful staff.

Situated between the busier Patong and the quieter Nah Harn beaches, Kata has a mix of restaurants, shops and bars. The Night market which is based in the Temple is on Friday night. Most of the goods to buy here are the same as in Patong. The day market in Old Phuket Town is a better option for more traditional goods.
If you hire a moped or small motor bike , its very advisable to have an International Drivers Licence, especially if you a travelling into Patong. There are Police checks and its $50 fine and you are able to drive a bike for 3 days.
The quieter restaurants are on the road along the beach front.

mostly I enjoy the beach walk, sunset, ambience and seaside. I go to sit and chill myself out there. but it’s difficult to find toilets which locates very far near roundabout and park, and there is only one place with very poor facilities and not FREE.

This area was more family friendly.
This area was more family friendly. The shops had everything you needed and were well priced. Eating establishments were similar but all served good food. Getting around Karon Beach was easy we mostly walked up and down the main street. Getting taxi was easy and plenty available. Seems like the best time is in the evening with the heat and more shops open. This was by far the best beach we visited.
We did not use the beach area so can't comment on the actual beach area.

Lovely long sandy beach.
Lovely long sandy beach. Doesn’t get too busy as it’s so long. Waves were fun to play in but too strong for non swimmers. Jelly fish were about as it was the season for them. Tourists left rubbish on the beach that went into the sea with the big waves. Some of the sea sports were too close to swimmers and no beach showers. Great to see the sunset.

The hotel is a very nice location and amazing. The location of the hotel is in the place where the forest reaches the ocean and is very beautiful.

The two-bedroom villa was amazing! The patio had several lounge chairs and a table and chairs for relaxing. One bedroom had a large bed, the second had two bigger than twin-sized beds and the front room had a set of bunk beds!
The hotel is beautiful and right on the beach! The pool was great!
A great Hotel for a family holiday, my kids loved the Kids Club, the animal petting and the choice of swimming pools. The Ciao Restaurant, Sweet Talk Ice Cream Parlour and Coffee Talk Cafe in the Hotel grounds are fabulous as well. We will definitely stay again when we visit Phuket.
