The location was superb. The Kamala beach is just opposite to the resort. Kamala center is also 5 min drive from the resort and they have shuttle to the center. The breakfast buffet was superb with many choice to eat. The service from room to anywhere resort was super quick. All the in house restaurants were amazing. CASA BoHo on top because of the beautiful views.
We had a great fun at the pool and roaming around.Room was clean and big enough for us with the luggage.

Kamala Beach area was nice. However, the Radisson Resort was not what we expected
Our entire experience at this hotel was horrible. I'm really not sure how it had so many stars. This Resort is at best a motel 6. There were snakes on the property, bugs in the bed. When we brought it to the front desk attention, we were told it's normal the bugs don't bite.. like what? The pool is nice but there are countless loose tiles in the pool. The kids were picking up the tiles and placing them outside the pool. Two of the kids cut there foot. The food was horrible. We had leak in our room one day, the next day the AC went out, the next day the hot water went out. It was literally always something. I would not recommend this hotel for families. Oh I forgot to mention, the level of cleanliness of the room is negative 1. This hotel has potential, but they need to shut it down and do some serious upgrades. We will never stay there again.

You can find shops such as 7 Eleven and Big C (5-10 mns walking from the beach).
You can rent a motorbike to visit the island, but you need international driving licence now...

I would highly recommend Kamala Beach.
I would highly recommend Kamala Beach. I had friends stay in Pattaya a couple nights and they told me not to bother going there, way to touristy and packed with people. If you're just looking to party then maybe you go there, but if you want a nice relaxing stay then Kamala Beach is the way to go. The water is awesome and with different activities as you walk along the beach. It's not overcrowded, and you won't have a hard time finding a place to tan or fight the crowd as you walk along. I enjoyed the fruit vendors where they would make you a fresh smoothie to enjoy in during a morning walk:)

Kamala beach was a relaxing and friendly beach. The locals were very friendly and hospitalble. I would stay away from the west end of the beach because I believe there may be raw sewage entering the ocean from a canal that had a sewage type odor. We did go to other beaches and they were all very busy and offered similar services.
We spent 1 week at the hotel, it's location is perfect, near the beach and the center. It has everything what you need and above. The cleanliness and the quality was good, but what we really liked is the lady who manage it. She is very helpful with all requests, 100% professional, friendly and kind, we felt ourself like home. <3 We absolutely recommend this hotel if we will have chance to come back to Phuket, we definitely would like to stay again here. Thanks again.
The hotel staff is very friendly, delicious buffet breakfast (both european and thai food), room was really beautiful, clean with modern furniture and nice balcony. Nice swimming pool area. Great location - 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk to the street food market with local cheap food. Totally recommend this place for your stay in Phuket.
Very comfortable bed and hotel room, cleaned daily and good breakfast. Staff were very kind and friendly. Close walk to the beach and good restaurants. Nice quiet area for families. Good doctors clinic nearby, supermarket and easy walk to Phuket Smart Airport bus (100bht for each travel). The pool was really good.
Very much loved the room and the view from balcony....the private pool was amazing .... I liked the facility of complimentary bus service to Phuket beach and Kamala beach.
