Facility- Nice swimming pool, each bedroom has got its own on suit bathroom which is great for group traveling. BBQ available on request with a small charge per use. Garden furniture’s and sun lounges. Good supply of bottled drinking water. Very clean. Staff - Very helpful staffs and especially Eve. Eve always greets you with a smile and very helpful. Location - about 30 minutes from Pattaya city center, perfect if you prefer a quiet holiday. The hotel takes you to nearest 7-11 or shops for shopping for food or drinks. But the villa is closer to water parks and snorkeling islands than Pattaya center. Not much restaurants within walking distance but you can get a taxi and go to the beach near Jomtien where there are plenty of beach front restaurants that have got a good selection of western and Thai Cuisine.

This time when we went on vacation and stayed at this homestay, the experience was simply amazing! I must share it with you all. The homestay is located in a beautiful community, with an elegant and peaceful environment, which is especially suitable for the whole family to relax on vacation. Just a few steps away from the villa is a large and gorgeous swimming pool. The clear water sparkles in the sunlight, and the children had a great time playing here. On the first floor of the villa, the living room is spacious and bright, with such a large space that children can play around to their hearts' content without having to worry about bumping into things at all. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of utensils. Whether it's simple and quick dishes or elaborate and sumptuous feasts, you can easily handle them, which meets the needs of me, a cooking enthusiast. There are three bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom is spacious, clean and tidy, with its own bathroom and also connected to a small terrace. It's so pleasant to enjoy the breeze here in the morning. The other two bedrooms are decorated warmly and comfortably, and our family members were all very satisfied with them. I have to mention the staff. They were warm-hearted and thoughtful. They not only introduced the surrounding delicious food in detail but also helped us solve various problems. They were really considerate. The community is quiet and peaceful, and we had a really high-quality sleep at night. Overall, the cost performance of this homestay is super high and it's definitely an ideal choice for families with children to go on vacation! Next time we go on vacation, we will definitely choose to stay here again!

The location is good, but you need a car to avoid waiting for a grab to come out to the spot. We were happy as it was a way from the chaos of the city, quiet and peaceful, and we had a hired car, so getting around was not an issue. It's about 20-30 minutes from many attractions, such as Pattaya city and shopping. There is a 7/11 & a grocery store about 500 meters away so that you can access most basics. The garden is beautiful and tranquil, and we had a fantastic time just lounging through the simple breakfast, listening to birds and watching a squirrel and the fish in the pond. The beds were super comfortable, and the place was clean, with a lovely deck.
