The owner doesn’t speak English, but with a little help from google translate, our communication was pretty smooth. The room is exceptionally clean and comfortable. It’s cool to stay in your own bubble camp, with neighbors far away. The bathroom room is also very clean, and love the idea to have it separate. Still, after shower, our space is quite private, so we can enter our room quite easy!

What a unique experience it was to stay at this wonderful place. The room was super comfortable. The balcony offered a spectacular view of the valley below it. I would suggest to anyone wishing to visit Ban Rok Thai to think about staying the 6 kilometers outside of that tourist trap.

Close to everything; breakfast was fun;great helpful staff. Evenings in Ban Rak are magical. Ask to book a taxi to take you to the waterfall and Mudbath spa. It’s a beautiful drive through the valley to get there ( as opposed to the mountainous roller coaster we took to get there!). The spa is incredible!
