The staff were amazingly friendly, the place is very, very clean. I arrived early, but they allowed me to check-in. The location is very good, in the centre of the village, close to the park entrance and the market. Free bikes to use (and they're quite good).

The room is huge, spotlessly clean, and airy with much natural light. It has authentic Thai décor around the very comfortable bed. Free use of the functioning bikes is a huge bonus (especially when Sukhothai is such a pleasant, leafy town to bike around). The host is kind, courteous, and super helpful, who goes an extra mile to help.

The whole place was beautiful. Lovely refreshing pool to cool off in after touring the temples. Breakfast was great and it was only a 60 baht tuk tuk ride to the old town where there was a lot of options for food and a couple of 7/11. They also had bikes for hire which was great for the temples. Would definitely return.
