The breakfast was fast, and tasty. You presented with three options, and then the options to have "a la carte" items (toast, crackers/cookies, and yogurt). Coffee and tea were always available which was nice for nomads working throughout the nights or early mornings.
The staff-- all were friendly and very accommodating with various activities suggested and routes for restless runners/hikers (;-)).
