The team and the manager, Moussa , did a good job. All are very professional and try to fulfil any wish or be there for translation, driver or any other accommodation! Popenguine is very nice and blessed with beautiful nature, friendly people, and mix from village to town. I would like to come back to Zarfah, and the food from Aram and Rokhaya is so delicious ! The property is in a very remote interiors area, its an off-road drive for almost 2-4km with no street lights especially if you are driving in the night and there are no sign boards. Even on the property there is no mention of the African Villa etc..
The Guard was very helpful but only if you can speak in French, I was lucky my collogue could speak in French.
If booking please either pay in advance or carry cash for your payment as they are no POS machine to swipe at the VILLA and there are no ATM's around, you either have to drive back to the Airport or go into another town to look for an ATM.

It was a beautiful location in a nice village close to the sea. We were only there to pass the time during a layover, but we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who did everything they could to comfort us, provide us with a meal and ensure we got back to the airport on time. Highly recommend to use the transfer they offer. It’s a good price and safe option. The drive takes 30 min from DSS AIRPORT to Hotel Mimosa. Wish you could have stayed longer!
