I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect for hiking enthusiasts, with easy access to some of the best trails in the High Tatras. This was the best holiday in the Tatras! We thank the hotel staff for such a warm welcome, everything was top notch - great food in the restaurant, rich breakfasts, awesome dinners. The waiters in the restaurant were very professional and always smiling, any request was resolved instantly. The spa is beyond praise, a cool huge pool, 2 jacuzzis, saunas, clean, pleasant smell + a beautiful view from the window, as well as warm water in the pool. Very beautiful modern rooms, cozy, everything is clean and there is everything you need and even more. The location is very convenient - 5 minutes walk from all the attractions and entertainment. And most importantly - very quiet, next to the forest, we were finally able to get a good night's sleep. We were with 2 children 11 and 13 years old, the children were also delighted, I can confidently say that this is the best hotel for a family with children in the Tatras. We also had a small Chihuahua with us, if you have animals, they will really like it there - there is a large area next to the hotel where you can walk with your pet. I liked the huge free parking at the hotel. There are also additional entertainments, for example, we went to play bowling and were satisfied. Special thanks to the pianist in the hotel lobby, it was very nice to listen to live beautiful music in the evening after dinner. We travel a lot, we have a lot of experience, my wife is a travel agent, and we can confidently say that this is the best hotel in the Tatras for our family. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts, from now on we will be your regular customers.
