Located in the not very exciting village of Smizany, but well positioned to the national park slovensky raj. Very good communication with the owner, helpful, informative, very pleasant. There's a place to sit outside and play badminton, not huge, but still very nice to be able to use it.
The apartment is part of Park Hotel Cingov, so you need to check-in in the hotel itself. The building is next to the edge of the forest, not far from Cingov which is one of the main "starting points" to the Slovak Paradise National Park. The apartment is big, fully equipped, ideal for 6-7 people. The view from the balcony is spectacular!
The hotel is set in a beautiful location. It's also walking distance to Slovak Paradise. Although it's a little dated, there is a charm about it. Breakfast was basic but it was good enough as it was included in the price (which I believe was a pretty good value).
