Everything went well, host gave me the keys on arrival. Everything was clean and comfortable, the flat is in a good location - new appartment building.
Will book again if I need to stay there :-).
Grand Hotel Senica is a great hotel for a short or long stay, we (me and my doggy) really enjoyed ourselves. The room was big, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was nice, had the basics for a good breakfast, the staff was super friendly and check in was super easy and flexible. On my last night I had to leave very early in the morning, before the reception open, but we figured out how to do it. Communication with the hotel staff was easy and fast as well. I would stay here next time if I visit Senica again.
The hotel is located in the quiet part of town yet close to supermarkets and the city center. The rooms are spacious with a big bathroom, quiet and clean. The beds are comfortable. Big plus is the small fridge in the room. There is a large parking next to the hotel. The lady at the reception was super friendly. We had troubles on the road so we came around 23h on Saturday evening and she was waiting for us to give us the key. Warmest recommendations for this hotel and staff.
Staff was amazing, Hotelrooms super cute, nice and clean, it was just all in all a lovely stay. It was especially very nice and from us highly appreciated that they took our dietary needs into account and had a very lovely breakfast ready for us. Thank you so much!
The hotel had no electricity when we arrived. We were advised about this but were led to believe it would be back on far sooner than it was . The area was not so good.
Breakfast was only supplied after complaining .We had paid for our stay in cash. Not great!
