Great host! Very nice apartment. There was no problem to park the car and locations where mountain trails begin can be reached by a short drive. The mountains are visible from the window which makes it easy to keep track of the weather (and that's key in planning the trips).

Great view of the mountains. Amazing aroma of peaches when engering the room, decorations, lightning and facitilies look very cozy and romantic. Our dog had a play friend in the yard. Very friendly owners.

Nova Lesna is The Perfect Place to stay when you want to visit the High Tatras. It is close, it has great value for money and has some really beautiful places to stay at with spectacular view. I have been here twice so far but definitely will come back every time we want to go hiking in these beautiful mountains. The train is close by and quick, there are shops here and so many options to choose where you want to stay.

It is a small village about 10 min by train from Poprad or...
It is a small village about 10 min by train from Poprad or Stary Smokovec where the mountains start. There are trains at least once an hour in each direction. Clean, very quiet and with a beautiful view of High Tatras. As it is a little village it is hard to find many shops and restaurants there. The nearest supermarkets are Billa and Kaufland near the Poprad station. There is a nice local vine shop in the village and a slovak cuisine krčma (tavern).

I loved the location, the host helpfulness. The room was cosy and being almost at the level of the ground in the heat of summer, pleasantly cool. Clean bathroom is was comfortable and the kitchen available for guests well prepared if you wanted to cook dinner by yourself. Sifra is a great place to visit, close to the shops and the centre of Nova Lesna.

Hotel Euforia staff was really nice and friendly. Marian at the reception helped a lot to know about High Tatras. Staff at the kitchen made sure that we (as vegetarians) won't have any issues with the breakfast and dinner.
Balcony table view of Tatra mountains while I ate my breakfast was exceptional. Nova Lesna a pretty village to explore. Kitchen good too - I prepared my own food.
