Everything was absolutely amazing. Ideal location, perfect host, delicious breakfast each day with a different baked good. Facilities are perfect and I have never seen a property so clean and tidy, it was absolutely spotless.
If you habe children there is a huge garden with play area, table football, a swing, basketball and more. There is an outdoor jacuzzi and a covered seating area with grill for warmer weather.

This is a great little apartment with shared kitchen. As we came late in the season, we had the kitchen for ourselves.
The parking is behind the house and spacious.
Although we found no mention of this, we found a pool with thermal water just 10 minutes from the house. There is also a natural spring and a nice park to chill.
All was very well. Very nice and quiet place. Owner and staff very helpful and nice. Shop Coop very close. Nice small town Liptovsky Jan. In this building there is small restaurant downstairs which is open in the evening and upstairs there are 2 or 3 separate flats with few separate rooms in each flat - each room with bathroom. I was in one room - it was possible to close your room (i got key to entrance door and my room). shared kitchen - fully equiped. I fully recommend.
The house and its location were excellent. From Liptovsky Jan, it was very easy and convenient to reach the Tatralandia thermal park as well as ski resorts like Opalisko and Jasna. The house was well-equipped with everything needed for a stay with two families.
