It's in a good location, the mountains are clearly visible within 10 minute walk. We came here in february on a cold night. The fireplace was already fired up by the time we arrived and the bed and bedsheets are extremely comfortable. It is ideal to excape from the world and spend hours just by the fire talking. The owners are nice and helpful people.

Inside the cabin looked like the pictures, was comfortable, clean and had everything you needed. Staff were lovely, kind and helpful. Restaurant is beautiful with good food and service .

The first-floor studio appartment is new, large with a well-equipped kitchen. It also features a nice roof-top terrace with a view to the High Tatras. Free public parking. Located just outside the historic centre, it is within walking distance from the Kežmarok Castle and other tourist attractions.

Super clean, looked good as new, location 7 minutes by foot from the city center, overall we enjoyed our stay.
The hotel is very centric-located. There is a decent breakfast buffet and you can lunch and dine at the hotel restaurant too. The quality and price of food is fair. Very friendly staff at "all around the clock" reception.
The accommodation was central and parking was close by. The sauna facilities were good. We had an excellent meal at the hotel's restaurant. the breakfast was also good.
