Amazing location in quiet street. Lot summer and winter places / activities to visit
We ended up in this hotel due to our car broke down couple kilometers away. Our reservation was very last minute (literally minutes). Rooms were ready, clean and host were very helpful regarding our car situation.
Rooms were comfortable and breakfast in the morning was amazing.
We had to wait until afternoon for our car to be fixed. We used this time to do a smaller hike in the surrounding hills. Great views.
I would definitely recommend this place and hope that we will be able to return for a planned visit and enjoy the nature around.

Excellent stay at this villa-apartment.
The apartment is brand new, just as seen in the pictures, clean, and comfortable. The accommodation is modern and tastefully furnished. Some parts, including the garden, are not yet finished, but it had no effect on our experience.
The house is fully equipped, and if anything is missing, the owners, who live right next door and are incredibly friendly, will be happy to assist and provide it. It’s perfect for families with children.

Our villa-apartment had two floors. The first includes a kitchen, a decently sized cozy family area with a wonderful view, two bedrooms, showers and toilets. The upper floor contains a third bedroom with additional beds.
We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

The room is quite, at the main square, clean and all has worked properly. The only minus were waiting times at the reception and during the breakfast: There was a wedding hosted in the hotel, thus, the staff was seemingly overwhelmed with other duties. Despite going to the breakfast 6 minutes after its start, no eggs were available anymore, other guests were faster :-) - and this has not changed within 45 minutes (I left and returned back to check) - the breakfast was thus just mediocre.

A well run guest house. Impeccably clean and with warm welcoming hosts. We enjoyed our time here and they were very flexible to accommodate our group. The location of the lodge is very good, with some hiking trails accessible from the lodge. The cottage is cosy and has everything you need. I liked the yard, barbecue facilities. Great place to stay with a dog.

Recommend to take a tourist trail in Rohace valley to tarns and a waterfall, Museum of Traditional Orava architecture in Zuberec, aqua thermal park in Oravice, wooden church in Tvrdosin, etc. In Habovka worth of visit - Blatna restaurant.

One bedroom apartment and sitting room with kitchen, clean and modern, nice and light hostess, nice surroundings close to ski areas, and thermal water pool in oravice, I would return for more days next year
We (a couple) booked a bedroom with a private bathroom on a short notice and it was not a problem. We stayed here to explore the region. The room was comfy and clean, also the bathroom was very clean. We could use a shared kitchen to prepare some breakfast and dinner. The host was super friendly and he also allowed us to park the car in his courtyard. There are some good restaurants within a 10 minutes drive in case you want to eat some very good slovakian food.
I had an excellent stay at JAMY HOUSE. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered great amenities. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any needs. The location is convenient, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Habovka or North Slovakia. Looking forward to staying here again!
