Everything was excelent,very clean,breakfast table had alot to offer for everybody.Parking within hotel is great and Trieste is very near.
I would recommend everyone who is traveling if you can have a break in this hotel.

The couple we stayed at was very sweet and helpful! In the morning we got a cup of coffee and som biscuits. They came to pick us up from the train station in Divaca and where generally very helpful:)

Our host was great, so sweet and helpful with any questions we might have had. The apartment was clean and cosy, everything was all new and had everything we needed to cook dinner. In the back yard was a pool, which we had all to ourselves. There is a parking spot reserved for the apartment. All in all a great experience, what I can recommend to anyone wanting to visit this area, close to the Italian border.

The apartment was clean. The kitchen in the room was incredibly useful, and the apartment had everything we needed. The location was stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature—perfect for a relaxing stay.
There are many things to see around. We visited Lipica farm and Koper town. We found very good food at decent price at "Gostlina Spark" restaurant, it is behind the "business incubator" center, across the street from Lidl supermarket.

Close to Trieste and the Karst area, very scenic in a beautiful setting. All stores within 7 min drive, autostrada at 1.5 km but next to no noise. ideal for hikes, cycling, exploring rural environments, local sights and heritage of the Karst area. Fantastic local wine.

Room was OK, air-condition worked but the vent is placed in the wrong place, it needs 10-20 mins to cool the rooms. IT IS NOT A HOTEL. Just some rooms to stay. Parking was not an issue for us but only 4 free slots in the compound. The restaurant staff is kind and good and understood English. Place is next to a church and very closed to Italy (Trieste, Venice and Padua) that was the only consolation. You can go in and out of Trieste without toll.
Place is full of character. Very close to Sezana which has everything. Parking space ample, and host was generous. Had 4 Moka pots too for making simple good coffee. Enjoyed harvesting the almonds to crack open with a hammer; something city folks never get to do. Everything was sparkling clean. Very close to nature..
We have seen 3 roe deers just in 2 km from the Hotel. Lot of horses around. Nice view and beatiful nature. Good breakfast and very fast (too fast:) service,
