Service was excellent . From the moment I stepped to the entrance , I was warmly greeted . At the reception counter , the staff name Firdaus realise that I was going to stay at the hotel to celebrate my birthday , he asked if I would like an upgrade or a late check out as a gift from him for my birthday . It was sweet of him . A staff saw that I was holding a lot of items , approached me & help me carry some of the items up to the room .The balcony room has great view of the Marina Bay both during the day & at night.. The breakfast buffet was delicious . When it's time to check out , the staff wished me "Happy Birthday " & smile warmly before I leave the hotel . I had a great exprience staying at the hotel as all the staff was friendly & helpful . Will definitely recommend to my family & friends. Will come back again next time.
