The apartment is very nice and functional, perfect for one or two persons. Location is very good, although you depend on a car to get there (parking is free and private, very close to the entrance of the apartment). It's close to the Hede Outlet mall (less than 5 minutes by car) and about 10 minutes to downtown. It's also very convenient to reach the highway, when going to places a little bit farther. I have not used many of the facilities available in the apartment, because I used to spend all day with my relatives, but it has everything you may need for cooking or preparing breakfast.

Quit location, but close enough to facilities. Nice greeting at the property by the hosts. Good enough for a one night stay
I had a quiet clean corner room on the top floor (502) which suited me perfectly.
I've seen other reports about the parking. I was working so arriving at 6pm and leaving before 8am meant there were literally dozens of free parking spaces between just around the corner - the reception showed me where.
The town is quiet but the location is excellent so a short stroll from the hotel are the 10-15 reastaurant/bars, the town square and an excellent large supermarket
Location is excellent. The hotel is very comfortable, and the standard exceeds what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. Has undergone recent renovations to become a modern and chick hotel. The standard room is small but acceptable, and well designed to optimise the space. Very nice and friendly/helpful staff.
Everything is wonderful, varied and delicious breakfast. The location of the hotel is in the centre. One minus, the ventilation in the room is not very good.
