Good room with acceptable size. The small desk is a plus. Good bathroom. Good breakfast. Good to be able to sit outside enjoying the breakfast in the garden - and a beer in the evening. I did not try the wifi.

Great location, close to the Main Street that makes up downtown. Close to train station, ferry, groceries, bike rental. Easy to access main entrance with door code. Spacious interior. Well stocked and large kitchen with two sinks, two stoves, and three fridges. Mixed shower room with three stalls, including washer and dryer free of charge. Several separated bathrooms.
There is a spacious dining room next to the kitchen, and access to a huge courtyard space, where it is nice to have meals when the weather is good.
Bedrooms are simple and clean, with a small desk and area for hanging clothes.
Anne at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and made our stay easy and relaxed. The desk is only open for a few hours every day, but she is reachable by phone and text.

Karlskrona was a wonderful surprise for us as we were just stopping over on our way to another destination. We had some extra time, so we visited the Maritime Museum which is excellent and a must-see experience.

I stayed in Karlskrona one night to help my son get started at his new school.
I will visit Karlskorna again and that time a bit longer.
It will be in the spring or in the summer when I imagine Karlskrona is more pleasant to visit.

Beautiful old city.
Beautiful old city. But the county (kommun) seems not to deeply understand what it means to have a city that is a UNESCO world heritage site. They insist on modern but ugly buildings and asphalt parking lots everywhere. A friend of mine describes it as "technocracy". Those who decide have in mind to facilitate their own work and lower costs, it is easier to maintain a paved parking lot than a garden or a path with flowers around it. It is more profitable to have parking lots than green areas and parks. A land is more profitable than caring for a rocky area. And this is done by taking over small community projects and even the municipal plan itself. A sadness. It will all end in a couple of pompous buildings and lots of parking lots and private buildings with balconies. A shame simply because the asphalt does not have to be cared for and the gardens do. State laziness. It is easier and cheaper to maintain asphalt than a garden.

Karlskrona is a small town, located by the sea. Wonderful views, beautiful nature and kind people.
Nice restaurants, especially Antonios, Mont Martre and Elsas lilla krog. Also good food at Arts thai but no alcoholic drinks there. Very nice food.
Go by boat to Nättraby, and visit a small medieval church at the last stop. Go to Aspö by ferry without any costs. Go swimming and visit "Kastellet".
Good location, easily reached by car, large parking area just opposite to the hotel. Walking distance to the marine museum. Fast response fron the reception to e-mails concerning some questions before arrival. Nice room with spotless bathroom.
This hotel is nice and not expensive. The people are very nice. But it is rather far from Karlskrona. It is in the outskirts. You have a big parking of your own. A restaurant is nowhere to be found. The breakfast is fine.
The room is very clean and cozy; Parking is behind the hotel and possible for car charging; Self check-in is convenient for people who arrive late in the evening; Fully equipped shared kitchen is super nice!
