It was lovely getting airport transfer from the host Aram, whose friendly banter provided a warm welcome to Stockholm. I was experiencing an issue with my phone and he took me to the local shops to help me resolve the issue. The accommodation was conveniently located and was spotless and comfortable. it's a nice place to relax and get to know the local way of life!

The "slott" looks great from the outside and the location is great if you do not want to be directly in Stockholm. The restaurant is great and worth a visit. It seemed to be clean.
The only good thing to say is that Hagop the night receptionist on Saturday night (10/02/24) is the only real asset that the hotel has. He was very polite very understanding and he went out of his way to find us new clean bedsheets and towels when we noticed the bedsheets on our bed were dirty and stained on the second night of our stay. He deserves a pay rise. I would suggest they use him to train the other staff on what hospitality and great customer care and service means.
It is a hidden gem in Järfälla for a decent price; great connections to the centre of Stockholm and shops around. The host Aram is a welcoming person who also speaks English. All the facilities were spotless and tidy. Lots of toilets and bathrooms to share as well as kitchen. There was a fridge in the room. Towels, linen and internet supplied for no extra cost. No hidden costs. Quiet and peaceful accommodation. I will definitely stay there again.

The apartments with the service included are in total a good choice if Stockholm City as well as the Countryside are to be discovered. Despite the cons given below, we can recommend the apartments due to the points given in the beginning. They should be considered as holiday apartments without the claim of being a hotel.
The concept works: room with a kitchenette for an affordable price. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere of an industrial area, but there is a bus stop outside. The reception personnel were helpful and professional. Good gym, although the sauna was broken.
The hotel is very clean with nice shared kitchen and bathrooms, I had good night rests since the room is soundproof and quiet. A shopping center is neighborhood, the popular Quality Outlet is 20 minutes walk.
