Super friendly staff and the hotel was so kind to allow my cancellation when I found out I booked at the wrong airport for our second stay. Really delicious breakfast.

We've stayed there a few times and it's a good hotel. Friendly staff and good service.
But the restaurant only have two choices on the menu, I hope in the future they can upgrade the menu and offer more alternatives for dinner.

Very original accommodation in a quiet area, the subway (green line) is close by.
It was very nice to walk in the garden and around the castle. The room was in an annexe, nicely decorated with comfy a round bed. Tea and Coffee were not available in the room but in another nearby building/bar for free.
The continental breakfast was nice and will definitely come back

The location was good, as this hotel is off the congestion tax area which was quite nice and convenient if you are travelling by car. There was a metro station within walking distance from the hotel making it easy to reach central Stockholm and other areas of the city. The breakfast was good and the room was nice and comfy and it had a lux feeling to it.
The only good thing to say is that Hagop the night receptionist on Saturday night (10/02/24) is the only real asset that the hotel has. He was very polite very understanding and he went out of his way to find us new clean bedsheets and towels when we noticed the bedsheets on our bed were dirty and stained on the second night of our stay. He deserves a pay rise. I would suggest they use him to train the other staff on what hospitality and great customer care and service means.
- Mostly friendly and helpful staff (e.g. untimely check-in without additional costs)
- Reception open 24 hours
The apartments with the service included are in total a good choice if Stockholm City as well as the Countryside are to be discovered. Despite the cons given below, we can recommend the apartments due to the points given in the beginning. They should be considered as holiday apartments without the claim of being a hotel.
The concept works: room with a kitchenette for an affordable price. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere of an industrial area, but there is a bus stop outside. The reception personnel were helpful and professional. Good gym, although the sauna was broken.
The hotel is very clean with nice shared kitchen and bathrooms, I had good night rests since the room is soundproof and quiet. A shopping center is neighborhood, the popular Quality Outlet is 20 minutes walk.
