Nice little town with charming older buildings. My stay was to short so I didn't do more than walked around a few blocks, but I'd like to get back and try some of the restaurants och visit the small stores.

We were three guys attending a local disc golf tournament. The lodge was not very far away from the venue, so that was a big plus. We had more sentral alternatives to choose from, but in hindsight we are glad we chose this option instead. It's a simple way of staying, compared to a hotell room, but it was plenty for our needs, and more affortable. The hosts seemed very welcoming and nice, and made sure to meet and greet us down the road both when we arrived and left. We would highly recommend the cozy lodge 🙂
Excellent value for money option during a very busy period due to the Nordic Youth Trophy Icehockey cup qualifier rounds - held at Wasahallen in Filipstad. I was able to get a cozy room (hut) with beautiful few, newly renovated with short notice and easy check-in to accommodate my erratic schedule. Thanks Martin!
