When we booked the apartment, we had to submit a form and then received some instructions. The instructions were very detailed about how to find the parking place and how to access the apartment. We couldn't figure out how to charge our hybrid car and called them, they answered really fast and solved the issue in a couple of minutes. The apartment was very clean and new, and with all the equipment needed to cook.
The owners have contacted us by text message to check everything was alright.
The check in and check out processes are both automated so you can just get in/leave the apartment with no interaction.

Nice and clean small house with everything needed. Air conditioning was nice, location was perfect for our needs at this time. Very cozy and quiet neighborhood, easily accessible by car.
Everything was exactly like in the pictures, a small room but very clean and tidy and very new. I travelled during summer and never had it too warm inside. The sauna is an amazing extra if you got time for it.
Location is a bit out of Boden but there's a bus stop (Sävast Båtvägen) a very short walk away. There's a bus at least every half hour, 15 min. from the city center. That does make it a very quiet location with lots of green around though.

High ceiling made the room feel more spacious, and kept the air fresh. We were one adult and two children, and the room (11) was big enough for us.
There was only two toalets and showers on our floor, but it turned out to be enough. We never had to wait for vacant bathroom.
Excellent customer service, we made quite a late booking after a train delay, then the train was hour late so we communicated that, and they just made it easy to arrive at after long day. Food at the hotel pub, trotters, was just simply amazing. Breakfast was a good buffet. They were okay with us chilling in the hotel lobby till the end of the day for our next train.

I enjoyed its proximity to the train station, the comfort of the bed and room finishings. I liked parts of the breakfast. The relaxation room was my favourite place in the hotel. I also liked that the hotel had a small kitchen to store and heat up food. Super practical.
