A beautiful accommodation with a stunning view over the south eastern coast... making their (excellent) breakfast a daily event to be looked forward to.
Friendly, professional staff, obviously take pride in keeping the place running. Our room and all the facilities were exceedingly clean, and all the small details were taken care of - like removing the beach towels we'd used that day, and 'turning down' the bed at night.

The location is the best I have seen so far. They hotel stay was actually price friendly and the value for money was worth it… it actually felt more than home than a vacation cos the owners are super friendly, helpful and very kind. They organized all my trips and I have to say it was worth it. Also if you have a late check out they have a super dope lounge where you can relax and cool off or probably reset before your next flight and the views are to die for ❤️. Like I said the value for money for staying in this place is so worth it and you wil not regret a thing at all. Super close to the beach , walkable distance to the shops and supermarkets. Super great hosts from the owners and wow 🤩 I loved the peace I had while staying here . All rooms come with balcony’s which is super nice 👍🏾

The apartment was beautiful and modern, with all the necessary amenities, including perfectly functioning Wi-Fi and hot water. It had a small terrace where we had dinner, which was very cozy and pleasant. The owner was in constant communication with us before our arrival and was very kind, even though we arrived after the check-in time. One of her colleagues greeted us and assisted with all our needs. Everything was great, and we had a wonderful stay.

Arc Royal is a great base to work from to explore Mahe. Fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. The staff are friendly and very helpful. It is a few minutes walk from the beautiful Anse Royal beach, a selection of small supermarkets and restaurants. I highly recommend a visit to Kafe Kreol, stunning setting on the beach with great cocktails and pizza! I would also recommend hiring a car to explore Mahe or download the Linked Up app which is similar to Uber.

We were visiting for a conference and stayed for 2 nights. Everybody was extremely kind, room was large and well equipped and clean, our stay was really pleasant.
Only problem, until today I got no receipt for the bill I paid there when leaving - it was promised by email, and despite several attempts I did not get it yet. Not good for professional travelers.

It was a peaceful place, few shops including small supermarkets to get most things, there was a few restaurants including a good pizza take away.
We also visited the Takamaka rum distillery which was very interesting and free admition.

Anse Royal by the sea shore is a bad place to stay!
Anse Royal by the sea shore is a bad place to stay! A noisy road goes along the shore and you find yourself just above it, which makes you awakened at 6 am. It is more comfortable to go more into the hills: ok, you would spend 5-20 min driving to reach you beloved beach, but you would sleep in silence, enjoy a swimming pool at the end of the day, and hear birds in the morning.

It is a great place to have a nice holiday - if you like the sea. You have enough possibilities to buy your cooking-stuff and snacks in little supermarkets or little restaurants. Bus connection is good - what I saw, but I never used it, because I like to go walking. Sometimes I missed my bike, on the other side it seems to be dangerous to ride it, because the traffic is fast... For me it is sure: I will come back!

The location is very comfortable because there is everything you need - the beach, restaurants, shops, hospital, gas station. And it appears to be in the very heart of Mahe so driving to any location takes the same time on average

Cherry at ocean terrace suggested we visit their sister property on Praslin at no extra charge. Kerek organized this for us and it was a great thing to do. Terrence at ocean jewels was extremely helpful and welcoming and his gardens and private beach are gorgeous
Room had everything for self-catering. I have stayed in self-catering hotels before and the utensils/glasses etc have always been somewhat missing what you usually have at home. But over at Le Nautique everything was exactly like at home (I mean - even 3 different types of wine glasses). It provided the flexibility of cooking your own food and had a great service with cleaning and advice from the staff. There were small details and attentiveness of the staff that made the service excellent in my opinion.
The most friendly place in the world! The great hospitality, beautiful rooms, clever and friendly staff. All issues will be solved immediatly at this place. It was our second stay at this hotel and it may be the reason for visiting Seychelles for third time!))

The pool, the rooms, the beds, the kitchen and the kindness of the manager who let us have a late check out in order to profit of another beach day, the location (the beach is at 200 meters away across the road).
A truly luxury villa next to Anse Royale, a perfect snorkeling beach. Incredible the quality/price ratio for Seychelles,
