This place was great! The property is in an area that is in the "real" Thuwal residence zone, so for example you need to drive over 30 meters away from the paved road to reach the place. If you are visiting KAUST, this is an excellent place to stay. Rent a car from the airport, and it will make your overall time a much more pleasant one.
