The facilities are all fine, but there’s only one issue – your night-shift receptionist.
They lack manners, don’t smile, and are not welcoming to customers. They prioritize phone calls over customers who are physically present.
When I wanted to recharge a card, they got angry, saying I was interrupting their conversation with someone merely inquiring about the hotel.
I’ve dealt with them twice at night, and both times the service was terrible.
Please replace the staff member or teach them the proper way to interact with customers.
