Beautiful view and a nice walk to restaurants and cafés. It's the most relaxing place outside of the Haram. There's a really nice masjid nearby. There are a lot of bookstores in walking distance. There's Wi-Fi but no TV (a plus for me). If you don't have a car, getting to the Haram will require planning. It's also a nice walk to Masjid Qiblatain.
