2. Staff behavior... helping attitude
3. Beds were comfortable and general condition of the room was acceptable
4. Parking.. though parking entrance is very narrow and I had a 7 seater SUV (need to be a very good driver to manage)
One of the sacred Masjids in the world. Peaceful and joy to visit and pray in. I'd recommend visiting after prayer times for more spiritual experience. You can visit the shops near the piazza area, if that's your thing...
