Hotel is okay, but needs alot of improvement.
Starting with staff, once i reached the receptionist told me sit down as she was serving a customer. After that she continued to serve anyone else who walked in and didnt come back to me. I waited an extra 20 mins for no reason. So customer service needs to be improved.
Hotel smells bad due to high humidity and rooms are very humid. My room didnt have the ac on and it was very hot and humid.
I wouldnt repeat this hotel
I have stayed in a number of hotels in Jeddah and the bonus of this place is that the staff actually care, especially the Manager. There is an effort put in to the needs of the guests, and the maintenance of the property and it shows.
Room is comfortable. Facilities are well maintained (especially the gym and pool).
