A decent hotel with a very kind and attentive owner in a small village near Al Ula airport. Spotless clean and very spacious room. Everything is almost brand new. There are many scams in Al Ula (apartment buildings pretending to be a hotel trying to get their share of the tourism boom). This is NOT one of them. It is a proper hotel as you see in the pictures. Owner Ahmed is very friendly and helpful. It is probably the nearest hotel to the airport and therefore it is a bit far from town center (in a small village surrounded by date farms). Around half an hour drive to Al Ula Old Town. There is a pharmacy, grocery store and few other shops nearby. So if you don’t mind staying outside the center, this hotel is highly recommended.

This stay is brand new, with all facilities clean and functioning. The bedroom is very big and the bathroom is comfortable as well. The room had a small fridge inside, as well as a small kitchen, which makes things much more easy.
