Everything from check-in to check-out was exceptional! The price was unbeatable and the location was excellent as I was on a business trip. It has bus service to Haram, free on-site parking and they offer breakfast (though I opted out). Wifi was fast and reliable which I used for work in the evening. Staff called everyday to check if I needed anything! The room was spacious and clean. I will def. stay here again!

The hotel had advertised a shuttle service for the airport, but when it came time for checkout, they denied offering such a service. Despite this, I had evidence from my booking that clearly indicated the availability of shuttle services for the airport.
