Location was ideal, SUPER close to the Haaram. Literally step out and join Salah with the congregation. You can literally leave your sandals at the room (which we did for Umrah) and walk barefoot to the clean tiles of the masjid. I was travelling with my elderly mother, my wife and a toddler. So I found the location ideal for them. Food shops and ice cream/treats for my child all close within less than a minute. They even have their own lifts going directly to the grand mosque and own entrance so we didn’t have to wait around for the lifts stopping at all levels. Staff were extremely helpful especially housekeeping, they were really attentive to my requests and needs. I think coz’ of them my stay here was pleasant. The true ambassadors and face of this hotel. They don’t get enough credit for the work and service they deliver!

The hotel meet my expectation, the room was exactly as the picture, very clean i request 2 times for room cleaning and they came within 10min, pillow and mattress was good and comfortable, there was a kettle , tea and sugar, small fridge and TV , very good and free WIFI, friendly staff and responsive all the team are very helpful
