The bell captain Jahanghir superb, very helpful, he is the only one who spoke to us except when we checked in. Room service and cleaning team excellent, as soon as we asked for anything like water, towels, blankets within few minutes someone will be at the door.

Room was too small with poor lighting (only 2 bulbs), no cleaning, cleaning bedsheets changing, no towels, no soaps, no shampoo. too small bathroom. too bad smell inside room..
No english spoken receptionist. when we ask to change bed sheets while check-in, they said not available because all bed sheets under dry cleaning, Amazing. They provided us very bad condition room, even not vaccum cleaning neither changed bed sheets.
I recommend to other that not to book this hotel, if you have sufficient budget.
