Al Namas is a small city with nice views. But spending a whole day or night is not recommended. It's a very small city with just couple of spots for mountain view. Also in day time sunlight is very harsh. It's better for just 2 or 3 hours stop to enjoy the natural views but not recommended for full day stay.
