The staff was very cooperative, and the rooms were good, I would say value for money. The washrooms were clean. We had an issue with one flush staff from reception who gave us a key for another room to use the room or washroom as we feel comfortable. That rooms AC was bit noisy but we did not complain to get help as we did not need that. But they were happy to help whatever possible way they could. Hotel is not very far from main road. There are nearby mosques, grocery shops and laundry as well. Dates and Kehvra (Saudi Tea) is always available at reception. The only thing which need to know is no restaurant is there in the hotel. But if you walk or go towards main road you have plenty of options even Al Baik.
