I especially want to thank Ms. Duaa and Mr. Amr for their attentiveness and care. Some of the best staff I have ever dealt with in a hotel. They really care about their customers. They accepted our constructive criticism gracefully and did their best to solve any issues. So that is a definite plus.
We had booked three rooms. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff helped arrange the room on the same floor which made it convenient for us. The kitchen was well equipped. The location of the hotel is just on the side of one of the main roads of Al Baha. A small mosque is located adjacent to the property. Free parking is available on the hotel premises.
The location is excellent. And the breakfast was awesome. The best breakfast in hotel you can get in al baha. The front office desk was so amazing and helpful. I appreciate his welcomes, and first class service.
