House keeping alway asked daily for anything we needed which they were always on top of.
Breakfast was huge and very busy, seating in my eyes 1000+ people. Well managed.
They have a kids breakfast area opened between 8:30-10am which is really good if you have any kids for that to experience.
Overall amazing standard clock tower hotel experience. The hotel had access to side street, as well as of through the inside clock tower mall rush.

Dears, This Hotel booking process is good but the mentioned GPS location & Contact Number is wrong and No one is responding. It was my bad experience, I didn’t find this hotel. Its near masjid al haram, taxis charge around 15SAR to get there, you have free local transport as well you just need to look for the bus number by your location. Few nice pakistani restaurants here. Almost nobody i met spoke english, hotels are somewhat below average for good sleep & shower. no further services like kettle oven room service etc
