From our room we had a great view of Kigali and the surrounding mountains. We ate all our meals in the hotel restaurant and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was great and reasonably priced. There is a mall under the hotel where we did some shopping.

Fantastic hotel. Probably the best in Kigali. The hotel is an oasis of calm in the middle of the city. We were in Kigali for a conference and we looked forward to returning to the hotel every day to relax in the beautiful garden by the pool. All the rooms have a balcony overlooking the gardens. It's worth paying a small amount extra for the superior rooms which are really very nice. Breakfast is expensive for Kigali but the chef will make you your preferred style of eggs.
One thing we particularly appreciated was the excellent communication before our arrival. As a large group, we had multiple changes in the number of rooms and set-ups required, but the manager and staff were very accommodating. The location is also great - in the centre of town and opposite the Hotel Les Milles Collines. We liked the hotel so much, we booked it again when we came back through Kigali.

Location: Based on the meeting venue for my work, I loved the location as it was a walking distance. Similarly, the convenient store on the ground floor is an excellent addition as I was able to pop in and out to buy different items as needed. The hotel was a walking distance to the CLA - church (international and interdenominational English speaking church). The location is excellent as it is by the roadside in Nyarutarama, close to many other restaurants and other amenities depending on your interest. And oh, it is a walking distance from the jogging track around the golf course.
Restaurant : This was also very good and the breakfast offers a variety. The waiting staff are friendly too.
