We stumbled upon this hotel when the one that I booked was unacceptable. The staff was so warm and welcoming even we were not guests yet. It is a high end affordable luxury hotel. All meals are amazing. The rooms are extremely comfortable with fire places and warm bladders. They give you a foot massage when you come back from hikes. The location is easy to find, right off the main road near the Dian fossey/ellen museum-which is worth a stop. Do not hesitate to book here.

Friendly staff, exceptional service and they even have little puppies at the property to welcome you. The food was amazing and the stay was one of the best I ever had. If you want to feel at home this is the place to be. You have to stay here if you plan on doing the gorilla tracking, really you will thank me later.

I loved that it was a women owned eco resort. No plastic water bottles. The staff was wonderful. Helped me beyond belief getting the tour I really wanted with a great guide. Good food and even an espresso machine!!!

Great if you want to get away from it all. The staff, the lodge, grounds and the rooms are wonderful. True Rwandan hospitality. Wi fi in common areas.....Beautiful views of the volcano mountains. Staff willing and able to assist with all of your requests for local activities. I will always remember the kindness of the people working there and those behind the scenes. A true gem of the NW.....
