Well I actually did not stay at the property so was unable to fully review. I booked it as was planning to hike Midzor, and i got a message from the hotel two days before my arrival that they moved me to a different one.

It's a new guesthouse at the center of the village. Everything is brand new and spotlessly clean. There is also small electric stove which is nice to make a tea or coffee. Very cozy beds with warm blankets and a reading lamp There is a central boiler for hot water so you have to wait for some minutes until hot water reaches your shower while on upper floors but then it's real hot shower. Owner was very nice and friendly. We didn't spoke same languages but we managed everything. I didn't took a breakfast as I had early morning hike to Midžor.
Location on maps is correct but there is still no sign on the road. Just look for Vila Vuckovic and Cvetković is next to this.

I had an amazing experience. The host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house itself was perfect—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a great spot to relax and cool off. We really liked the location in the forest near the river. The host was kind. The cooking amenities in the kitchen were really complete, except for missing an electric water kettle. We could cook whatever we wanted. The bathroom was great, plus there is a quite good washing machine that we used to launder our clothing. The two bedrooms were really cozy with very nice heaters, great blankets, and sheets.

The first thing that needs to be said is the excellent host Nikola, who met us, showed us everything and told us, constantly worried that we would like everything, a very nice guy, even gave us a homemade raki.
The house is perfect for summer or winter holidays. There is a swimming pool, there is a small sauna (we thought it would be slightly warm, but we were wrong, we just need to wait a little for it to heat up) There are two bathrooms at home, each has a hairdryer, there are coffee machines, all working and new. We liked everything.
It should also be said that the location is excellent, there are many options where to take a walk, but of course, it's better to drive away a little by car, there are excellent viewing points in 30 minutes
