My friends and me have recently stayed at vila Nada for three nights, and it was an awesome experience. First of all host Milos is very friendly, welcoming and insightful. He really knows and loves this place, which resulted in various recommendations on restaurants, cousine, hiking trails, getting here, etc. Moreover, we had the opportunity to taste the local variant of renowned Serbian drink, lincura root rakija. We really felt like at home here.
Secondly, the house itself is lovely and cozy. Beds are nice and comfortable, and the heating (which is an important asset in the mountains) was always on the top of its game. I think that the thing i liked the most about this house was its location. Which was fairly magical. Situated in the forested valley with a small creek running right by it, and no other houses in sight. That said, it is not that the house itself was isolated from the civilization, the village with plenty of food options is just a few minutes of drive away.
Finally, it is a great spot to stay if you are into hilking, because it is just 15 minutes drive away from the start of the hiking trail to Midžor peak. Same applies for the Babin zub ski center.
To sum it up, we had a great time, and would definetely repeat it.

One of the best places I've been (and I've been to places)! The apartment is new, modern, warm and clean with everything you need for short term stay. Also the host was very nice and polite. The location is good, close to the main road but no too close so we didn't felt any disturbance from the traffic.

Very cheap ski resort, good slopes for beginners and mid-skiers with nice lift and view.
We liked the traditional Serbian dishes and the AMAZING gluwein at the bottom of the slopes.
You can stay in the villages that lead to Crni Vrh and go there only for the slopes.

Very nice place to stay for Skiing or hiking in Babin Zub. It is ~15 mins drive to the resort. It has an amazing cozy atmosphere without huge hotels - only village and guest houses. The nature around the town is amazing. The ski resort Babin Zub offers great service for it's ski pass prices!
The only downsides are the black roads to some guest houses, poor 3G coverage, and the meat-based cuisine. If you want to eat something different than meat, dairy or fries, you have to cook it yourself as the few restaurants and pizzeria in the town don't offer much versatility. If you want to have vegetarian or vegan dishes better come prepared with food.

Crni Vrh is the village just a few kms before our main target, Babin Zub.
Quite convenient for tourists who prefer calm village ambient to sleep overnights and to climb up and down the peaks of Stara Planina Mtn: Babin Zub and Midžor.
Close to Vila Bor there is Bajka (Tail) restaurant where one can enjoy in nice domestic food, with moderate prices.
