A very strong odour of chemicals (for the cleanup) - so I would not recommend it to the persons that are allergic as me. The view was ok, just the interior yard view. The size of the rooms, except the bathroom were ok. Excellent host, very friendly, but the neighbourhood is not too great if you plan on walking around.

Impressed by all means of how green and visitor friendly is this city. With beautiful parks - one more wild where you can find two of the Brancusi works and the second that is more austere, clean and very focussed on the infinite column of Brancusi. The city has a walking space with a lot of green and playing grounds for kids, in the center. Beautiful coffee shops on this walking area!
The mountains can be spotted at a long distance as a promise of a cooler area!
The building of Tudor Vladimirescu College is the most beautiful one as such I have ever seen!

It's good not to drive in town, the roads are overcrowded,...
It's good not to drive in town, the roads are overcrowded, but using taxis or just walking around is just about right.
The town has beautiful architecture and it holds the most beautiful sculptures made by Brancusi, the Table of the Silence, the Gate of Kiss and the Infinity Column, which worth to be visited.
The restaurants offer good food, the prices are accessible.

The hotel is outside the city which makes it quiet and with large parking. Everything is spotless and well mantained. Rooms are comfortable with nice bathroom. Nice seating area outside by the parking. Marianne was our host, charming and very helpful. We had a Romanian friend who negotiated some dinner which was very good.
Nice hotel in the center of the town. Has a private parking in front of the entrance of the hotel but away from the street. Hotel caffe was very nice and the coffee was good.
