This hotel has an unbeatable location, right in the city center, literally two steps from the main tram/ bus station which takes everywhere else in the city. I paid a very small price and that was lovely too. My own room, needed some modernisation, however it was very large, clean, warm and comfortable.
All the staff were very helpful and even went above and beyond, as I had a friend coming to meet me and I asked if she could park her car at the hotel. Having such a central location, parking comes at a premium, yet they were kind and reserved a spot for my friend for a few hours while we went out for dinner. In the same building on the corner there is a cool little cafe and a restaurant, across the street there's a little bakery which make fresh pretzels and pizza by slice, and a small supermarket to buy some water or a drink for the room.

I loved this city!
I loved this city! I visited for 4 days as i was looking for an apartment and i had a lot of fun! I visited the Palas and i went to the mall to do some shopping. The city centre is amazing! It combines 2 styles: old architecture and modern architecture and it is just amazinG!

A lovely city, with iconic buildings, with a positive energy, modern restaurants and cafes. A lot of museums and places to visit. A nice mall next to the wonderful Palace of Culture. Visit the area and enjoy the greenery in the summer.
I loved some places: Gist cafe, La belle epoque pension, Toujours and Andalu restaurants, Baklava cafe for the deserts. Also the bookstore Junimea.
For someone staying more days, getting around Iasi is easy by car.
I would avoid the "famous" profiterol in Select Hotel cafeteria (which is insanely expensive and overrated).

The city is so alive, full of energy, there are many...
The city is so alive, full of energy, there are many visitors and places to see. From Palace of Culture to Copou Park everything seems to be in a walking distance with a city center full of coffee places and restaurants, museums and theaters and other points of interests. The city is right there next to Prague, Strasbourg or Wien in a traveler's guide.

Iasi it's a beautiful city, very busy in the evenings, lots of history and beautiful architecture. One downside is traffic... feels chaotic and rough, so I advise planning ahead and having lots of patience

Iasi is a busy, vibrant city with lots of restaurant options and a very large shopping mall with top end shops right in the centre of the city. Tourist attractions are nearby, but I chose to make the three hour drive to the spectacular mountains and amazing scenery. Iasi and Romania were full of surprises and nothing like my preconceptions. I felt extremely safe in the city and people were very pleasant and helpful everywhere I travelled.

It was my first time in Iași. I got my GPS not working. But the hotel owners found me in the city and we went to the hotel together.
I found my room clean. It was possible to prepare food yourself in the room. I found an internet connection fast and stable.
The are snack and drink automate near entrance and beautiful cafe close to hotel. We spend an hour in this cafe with owner and his wife. The coffee was very tasty and conversation pleasant. Thank you a lot.
The room was spacious and the view of the Culture Palace was stunning (I resided I’m floor 9). The staff was friendly. When I asked about traveling from Iaşi to Chisinau, a staff member (born in Chisinau) offered his assistance to explain all the details I needed to know. Breakfast was rich and diversed. The hotel is ten minutes walk from Piata Unirii, the center. I stayed for more than one night
The best "bang for the buck" hotel in Iasi you can find!! It's just 10 min walk from the historical center and Palas Mall. A private secured parking place is a great benefit! The accomodation is basically a single room house with private yard and a barbecue zone. The room itself is very clean and comfortable! You also have a fully equipped kitchen! Simply Superb!

Beautiful hotel in the center of Iași. Only there for one night but wished I could stay longer. Staff were brilliant and everything about the hotel was to a high level. Breakfast really good.
