Car park is safe and close to the entrance. The lady (Kristina) let us park our enduro bikes in their private garage space.

A beautiful family-owned guesthouse. The owners are incredibly friendly and will make you feel welcome right away. The son speaks English fluently so communication for non-Romanians is not a problem. The rooms are very clean and have nice views of the surrounding countryside. They also provide bike rental, which allows you to explore the surrounding villages and the wooden churches. The breakfast and dinner were delicious as well (I can still feel the taste of that amazing meatball soup). I was leaving Desesti on Sunday, when there are no buses running, so the owners helped to arrange a ride for me, which was an extremely nice gesture. Thank you for a lovely stay and I hope I will return back someday.

We loved stepping into this multi generational family home. It was clean, had all of the basic necessities, and we loved the tapestries and other colorful touches around the property. We felt very welcomed, also by the neighbors as we walked around the town!

The house is very nice, it keeps the old elements and the new ones in fully harmony. It is well equipped, very clean and comfortable.
Nice restaurant-hotel - it was very convenient, that we could have both breakfast and dinner here. Decent local food. Nicely furnished rooms with a large balcony facing the distant mountains. Very nice backyard with childrens playground. Very nice, helpful staff trying to do their best for you - they didn't have a washing mashine at the hotel, so they offered to take our dirty clothes and wash them somewhere else!Overall, we definately recommend this place!
it is newly finished and the room was good with a nice balcony and great view. breakfast was excellent and the hosts were very attentive. we walked in to Desesti and visited the exceptional wood church.
