The room was large, comfortable and clean - and as expected for a 3* hotel. The bed was comfortable. It was warm inside, even if the temperature outside was pretty low for this period. There is an elevator if you need it.
There is an enclosed parking area right next to the hotel with plenty of space, so it was easy to park our car.

The breakfast was regular continental buffet with some cold and warm options, some sweets, fruits and cereals. The coffee was good - from espresso machine.
The hotel is located very close to Delfinariu and MicroRezervatie, if you plan to visit, and there is also the city Mall at 10 minutes walk.

Boring city compared to 10 years ago. Clubs have disappeared, Taxi`s still trying to cheat you. Mamaia in regress. Water quality on the beaches still dodgy.Food,prices and service questionable. Cafe Do Brazil, Playa Modern and area around the old town(Tomis Sud) the only exceptions. Left the city for Varna, Bulgaria and never regretted the move

Constanţa has an interesting old town which is not over-touristy (like Braşov) and not too overpriced. There are interesting buildings and good places to eat. We particularly liked On Plonge near the marina: good, reasonably-priced food in a very pleasant setting. The town has good, frequent, fast public buses and regular buses south along the coast and elsewhere from near the train station. Travel to and from Bucharest by train is quick, comfortable, and not expensive.

The “peninsula” or old town is the only part of town where I actually spent my time. Pedestrian streets, seafront promenades, marina, beaches: all good for excellent walks. All the good museums are also nearby (Art, Folk, archeology)

Biggest commercial port in Romania, nice city with a long history going back to Roman times. Ovid, the Roman poet is buried here when it was called Tomis.
The historic center is very nice with lots of old buildings and restaurants and the seashore is a relaxing place to stroll through with many restaurants and activities for all ages. There is a big aqua center, a cable car over the promenade and Ovid's island with a restaurant, reachable with a ferry.
The modern art museum and history museum are worth a visit.
The hop-on hopp off bus (2€/day) gives the visitor and insight among others, into the commercial port which is rather impressive.

It’s a nice town/city but needs a little TLC. Signage is out of control… too much mix of luxury with non-luxury within steps… zones need to be created… it seems that it’s developing but it will take a while to compete with other top European beach destinations

A very well maintained seaside town, even in the suburbs. It is obvious that the citizens are satisfied with the municipal government and the parks are full of old people and parents with small children. In summary- LIVING CITY.
But...
Apart from duners and pizzas, there is nothing else to eat on the street. It takes a visit to restaurants, which are always overpriced, in the end.
The staff was exceptionally helpful in everything I asked of them. The room was extremely spacious, clean, and well decorated, with all amenities thoughtful concerning every detail. The hotel is extraordinarily clean and beautifully designed and decorated--and the visitor feels that they are getting the value of their money. Recommend through and through for people spending time in Constanta.

We had a great family stay with everything that we needed. Beach Reyna is at 10 min walk or 10 min drive to Mamaia beaches
The apartment was clean, good designed and in a quite good position.
All in all not recommend for young people just if you are quiet in the apartment and speak Romanian.
