The room was big enough, very clean and had a nice style. The sound isolation was also great and there was water and fruits in the room as well. This hotel is a good recommendation if you want to visit the Christmas market or just want to stay in a quiet place near the city centre and reach everything on foot.

This was the worst hotel EVER! First, they didn't provide us an extra bed for the kids. Second, the restaurant was aufull- they didn't have anything from the menu and closed at 9! Third, in the middle of the night there was a problem with the electricity and we didn't have any light in the bathroom - and it wasn't just in our room - I think they turn off the electricity on purpose to save some money. Fourth, a woman entered in our room with her card - so maybe every card opens every room. And maybe there are many other things, but at last I want to say that the people at the reception were rude!!!
