The hotel is an old villa that has been restored very nicely, with large rooms and decent furnishings (some of massive wood); nice, large and functional bathroom; small, but very pleasant balcony; very clean bedsheets and towels.
The staff was very polite and accommodating; there was a restaurant on the ground floor, where they were serving a decent breakfast and very basic dinner.
The location was very quiet, on the edge of the town, but only 10 min walk from the center, with its springs, parks, spas and restaurants; the hotel also had a private parking and access road.

When we arrived, the door had already been unlocked for us, no hassle to get in.
You have the whole chalet at your disposal, with a separate bedroom + big sofa & TV in the living room, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, it's all there. There is a loggia for sitting outside, even when the weather is not so good. You can park the car away from the street, the village centre is anyway easily reached on foot.
We decided that we want to come back here next year, when the weather is warmer.

A very cozy little house in a great location. The house has absolutely everything you need. And this despite its small size. It feels like the owner loves this place and everything there is made for himself.

Excellent location, next to the Fontana Borsec spa. Șoni, the owner, is a great host who cooks amazing meals. The breakfast was delicious with home made hummus, zakouskis and liver pâté, among many other local delicacies. We also loved to chill out in the garden on the bean bags and talk to people. A great stay, will definitely come back.
Very nice staff, we got dinner despite late arrival. Breakfast was good too. Great and comfortable bed, good sleep quality. Amazing historical hotel, from an age when this place was part of Hungary, nicely renovated. All the staff I met were local Hungarians. Full breakfast with a lot of options, high quality.
