The hotel might not be located on a beach, or have 5 star ratings, but for us it was perfectly situated for our needs.
The hotel itself was spotless, the room was small and very clean, with air con a life saver. The owners were really lovely, welcoming and very friendly, but for us the unexpected bonus was the food as it was absolutely fantastic (extremely cheap), served on their terrace with a cold beer, so we ended eating far more than intended, with me eating a lifetimes worth of Mici, the best I have ever had.

The rooms are so beautiful, clean and luxurious, with hard wood furniture and comfy beds. The food is tasty, probably a lot of it produced by the locals. I recommend 100%
