The hotel is modern and premium looking. Breakfast is good and reception allowed for a later checkout wich was a nice touch. Sports Bar and restaurants on site which is convenient.
The rooms are very nice, with designer pieces, Bluetooth speaker, nice desk, big tv etc. Tea and coffee in room.
The gym is great, one of the best I've found in similar hotels.

Vivy, Mamun and Rose excellent job! the most important point was how the management dealt with poor behaviour of one staff member, I was next in line to be served at reception, a customer came diagonally in a rush and chose NOT to be in line.
When the business center male employee was free for another customer, he stood up walking towards reception, I looked at him, showed my walking stick, initiated walking, there was eye contact, but was ignored. The customer who was NOT in the line was attended , not those waiting in line, politely.
BAD MANNERS!
I complained to the management, and they apologised sincerely.

We had an unfortunate experience when checking in with one of the front desk people chasing us to pay the second we stepped into the villa. It turned out it was a mistake on their end and the manager Mr. Santos did a great job to rectify the problem and make us feel better for our bad first impression. THIS IS THE WAY TO DO HOSPITALITY DOHA!! TAKE NOTES!!!
I am posting this negative to show how good the stay was and how care and attention to the guest can create repeat visitors. It is cheaper to keep a customer than it is to get a new one. Something places in Qatar need to learn. A bunch of "sorry's" are not enough.
