The property was very well located, with nearby shops, supermarkets and even public transport locations. Very strategically located. As well, the rooftops and restaurant were amazing! The inclusivity of the staff and giving people with certain disabilities the opportunity to work as trainees there, made me love the hotel even more and admire their work environment. Definitely those type of things are not very common to see, but truly, with my sister was something to talk about while having breakfast. If you're going to Lisboa, definitely this is your place to stay. Although the checkin was a bit complicated due to our room not being ready, they were honest and compensated the wait time with a drink from the bar. Everything 10/10!

Paulo kindly allowed me to check in as soon as I arrived from my early morning flight and kindly gave me a drinks voucher for my birthday. The room, while dated, was fairly spacious and the bathroom was well lit. The staff generally were incredibly polite, helping me load my (many) bags onto a trolley when I was checking out and providing great suggestions.
