We were traveling from USA and Sweden, and struggling with our very few words of Portuguese that we knew. The staff was really great to us and helped us along. Dinner service was lovely. An English speaking staff member helped us with the menu and recommended some fantastic meals and a local wine. When we checked in, the man helping us heard we were going hiking and recommended a lot of wonderful hikes for us. It was a really great experience and exceeded our expectations- all thanks to the staff.

What a find. Just amazing value. Basic room with large modern bathroom. A terrace outside with a bar selling drinks at very reasonable prices. Evening meal (excellent quality) included wine. Very convenient for visiting the Miradour over the Duoro (5km) do not miss it ! Renovation works at the site did not spoil our enjoyment. A must for Sendim. Easy free parking a bonus.
I must confess that we were very impressed with the quality of the hotel, the room, the pool area and above all with the warm and personalized service provided by Mr. Izidro and his family! Highly recommended from us!
The staff is very helpful and nice. The hotel is in the middle of Sendim, next to a gas station and have plenty space for parking.
The hotel has very good heating system, very important in winter.
The restaurant at this hotel served excellent meals. I Had relaxing evenings in their lovely garden at back of property. Room was quiet and spacious with a modern bathroom & fresh towels.
Really pretty hotel with large modern rooms and a great restaurant and bar. Property is currently being further modernised so facilities will be even better
